What to send

Please send the motor and controller with the bottom mount still installed. Do not remove the bottom mount and do not include the battery. Clearly label the powertrain with the driver’s name, class and existing seal number, where applicable.

Required shipping protection

All motors must arrive in a DeWalt DS300 ToughSystem shipping box, available from our website, with sufficient internal padding to protect the motor and controller from movement and impact.

Customers are strongly advised to arrange their own transit insurance. MightE cannot be held liable for any powertrain lost or damaged in the post or during transit. The customer is responsible for ensuring the powertrain is securely packed, adequately protected and appropriately insured.

Shipping options

Customer arranges shipping both ways: no additional charge.
MightE return shipping to the customer: customer arranges delivery to MightE and we arrange return shipping for an additional £26.50.
MightE shipping both ways: we provide the label to send the powertrain to MightE and arrange its return for an additional £49.50.

MightE label services are available only when the securely packed parcel weighs less than 20 kg. The outbound label can be used to drop the parcel at your local Post Office. Select your preferred shipping option before adding the service to your basket.

Powertrains may also be handed directly to MightE at a race meeting.
