Returns Policy for MightE Limited

General Returns:

Customers have the right to return any product purchased from our website within 14 calendar days, starting the day after they receive the item, provided it is not a bespoke or custom-made product.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and will include only the cost of the least expensive delivery method if expedited shipping was chosen.

Bespoke or Custom-Made Products:

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke or custom-made kart racing kits, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty.

If you believe your bespoke product is faulty, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss the issue and potential solutions.

Deductions & Credit Notes:

If the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what would be allowed in a shop, a deduction will be made from the refund.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, returns of unwanted (non-faulty) items may be eligible for a credit note at our discretion.

Return Shipping & Original Postage Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty. If a product is returned because it's faulty, the customer will be refunded the return postage costs.

Original postage costs will not be refunded for returns of unwanted (non-faulty) items and or items returned after 14-day cooling-off period.

Customs and Duty on Returns:

Customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges. If a return shipment is not correctly marked and incurs customs/duty charges, the customer will be responsible for these charges.

 Exclusions:

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Products missing parts or accessories.

Products not in their original packaging.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
