Shipping Policy

We currently only deliver to the UK / ROI and selected International Countries.

We ship to all UK addresses using a chosen tracked courier service. Items too bulky for normal courier services will be sent with a chosen bulk courier service, we will notify of this service and any tracking information. If your order is being shipped to the ‘Highlands and Islands’, Channel Islands, or any other excluded UK locations, you may experience longer than usual delivery times.

Orders placed before 3pm GMT are dispatched the following day unless stated otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR COURIERS DO NOT DELIVER ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank/public holidays.

Isle of Man Shipping Surcharge

For orders being shipped to the Isle of Man, there is a standard surcharge of £20. This is due to our use of a third-party courier service for these deliveries. Once your order is prepared and weighed, we will calculate the full shipping charge. Should the actual shipping cost be less than the £20 surcharge, we will refund the difference. Conversely, if the shipping cost exceeds the £20 already paid, we will contact you to discuss the additional payment required. We aim for transparency and fairness in our shipping process and will keep you fully informed.

Mighte cannot be held responsible for any delays to a delivery outside of its control.

Mighte cannot be held responsible for any additional import taxes or surcharges when delivering to certain international locations.
