TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This prize programme is organised and administered by MightE Motorsport Ltd (“MightE”).

2. Prize Overview

The MightE Bambino Champion in each of the following championships during the 2026 season:

• The Kart Championship

• SuperOne

• Ulster Kart Club Championship

will receive:

Use of one (1) MightE Cadet powertrain for a period of twelve (12) months to support their progression into Cadet competition.

At the end of the 12-month period, the recipient will have the option to purchase the powertrain at a discounted price, with the final purchase price to be confirmed by MightE at that time.

3. Runner-Up Prizes

Within each eligible championship:

• Championship 2nd place finisher will receive £500 discount against the purchase of a MightE Cadet powertrain.

• Championship 3rd place finisher will receive £250 discount against the purchase of a MightE Cadet powertrain.

Discounts:

• Apply to new Cadet powertrain purchases only

• Are non-transferable

• Have no cash alternative

• Must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of championship completion

4. Eligibility

To qualify for the Pathway Prize:

• Drivers must compete in the MightE Bambino category within the relevant championship

• Drivers must comply with all championship sporting and technical regulations

• Drivers must be classified in the final official championship standings

• Drivers must demonstrate appropriate standards of conduct, sportsmanship and respect

MightE reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the prize in cases of serious misconduct or breach of regulations.

5. Powertrain Usage Conditions

The Cadet powertrain is provided:

• Solely for use by the winning driver

• For participation in recognised Cadet-level karting activities

• Subject to MightE technical guidelines and servicing requirements

The powertrain:

• Remains the property of MightE during the 12-month usage period

• Must not be sub-leased, transferred, or commercially exploited without written approval

Normal racing wear and tear is accepted.
Damage resulting from misuse or neglect may be chargeable.

6. End-of-Term Purchase Option

At the conclusion of the 12-month usage period:

• The recipient will be offered the opportunity to purchase the powertrain at a discounted price

• The discounted price will reflect usage, condition and current commercial pricing

• If the purchase option is declined, the powertrain must be returned to MightE in reasonable working condition

Failure to return the powertrain may result in recovery action.

7. Championship Integrity

Final championship positions will be determined solely by the official published results of each organising championship.

MightE accepts no responsibility for:

• Championship scoring disputes

• Penalties or disqualifications imposed by organisers

• Changes to championship formats

8. Publicity & Promotion

Prize recipients agree that MightE may:

• Use their name, image and racing content for promotional purposes

• Reference their participation within marketing and pathway communications

This will always be conducted in a respectful and age-appropriate manner.

9. General

• The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable

• MightE reserves the right to amend the programme if required due to circumstances beyond its control

• Participation in the championship constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
